Recently, our team was asked a question: “Недавно мой муж - военнослужащий что-то не поделил со своим командиром. В итоге, в конце вечера его избили, и мне командир части сказал, что так произошло из-за того, что муж был в нетрезвом состоянии и что-то нарушил. Такого не может быть, потому что мой муж не пьёт ничего уже больше 15 лет, и другие военно служащие с его части сказали, что его избили просто так, и по их словам это произошло не только с моим мужем. Как повлиять на командира, куда можно отправить жалобу на него?”

07.02.2023 19:58:41 Доброго дня! Потрібно писати вам заяву в поліцію, щоб перевірили даний факт, скаргу до ТЦК та СП (військомату) та скаргу до МІноборони. Має бути проведено розслідування, адже це кримінальне правопорушення, за яке може настати кримінальна відповідальність.
