31.05.2023 13:58:33 Наразі діє редакція ЗУ Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію станом на 13.12.2022р. Категорії осіб, які не підлягають мобілізації визначені в ст. 23 закону.
31.05.2023 14:39:08 Доброго дня! Було внесено незначні зміни, а саме: I. Внести до Закону України "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію" (Відомості Верховної Ради України, 2005 р., N 16, ст. 255 із наступними змінами) такі зміни: 1. У статті 23: 1) в абзаці п'ятнадцятому частини першої слова "податкової міліції" замінити словами "Бюро економічної безпеки України"; 2) частину четверту після слова "зазначені" доповнити словами "в абзаці другому частини першої та". Внесли зміни до ст. 25 також. Отже перелік осіб, які мають право на відстрочку відповідно до ст. 23, змінено не було.

31.05.2023 23:25:11 Зміна стосується чоловіків з 25 років (раніше з 27), тепер їх можуть мобілізувати, жінки теж саме, а також повістки тепер можуть вручати навіть поліцейські, звертайтеся, поясню, з повагою
