У цьому випадку вам слід звернутися до свого керівника або медичного працівника для оформлення необхідних документів і процедур для того, щоб бути звільненим від бойових дій.

Якщо у Вас поганий стан здоров'я, то ви повинні мати на руках рішення ВЛК про придатність до служби в тилу та писати рапорт, що Ви НЕ відмовляєтесь, але за станом здоров'я не можете, оскільки це призведе до негативних наслідків, які вінд вас не залежать та просите направити Вас до лікаря. Можна залучити до участі адвоката, щоб за допомогою адвокатських запитів повпливати на Ваше командування як варіант.

23.09.2024 15:41:43 Доброго дня! Вам потрібно подати рапорт про різке погіршення стану здоров'я, що унеможливлює Ваше проходження військової служби та виконання покладених на Вас обов'язків. Ви можете відмовитись від виконання наказу, але скоріш за все командування розціне даний поступок як непокору і в такому випадку доведеться відстоювати свої право у судовому порядку. Проте, згідно статті 37 розділу І, частини І «Статуту внутрішньої служби Збройних Сил України» підлеглий має право звернутися до командира з проханням уточнити наказ. Саме тому у випадках невпевненості у можливості виконати наказ раджу писати рапорт про уточнення наказу, обов’язково в ньому зазначаючи про те, що Ви НЕ відмовляється виконувати наказ, а просто по стану здоров'я не в змозі виконувати покладені обов'язки та що згідно рішення ВЛК Ви повинні служити в тилу
