Recently, our team was asked a question: “Добрый день. Купила собаку с документами в интернете. Недавно оказалось что собака ворованная и документы поддельные. Прошлая владелица собаки просит вернуть собаку ей назад. Что мне делать в этой ситуации?”

30.06.2021 22:30:22 Добрый вечер. В первую очередь проверте у хозяина документы на пса, может быть мошенничество. Если это на самом деле хозяин, придется вернуть собаку. Мой совет обратитесь в полицыю с заявлением о мошенничнстве. Желаю удачи.

В данной ситуации уместно будет обратиться в полицию и детально описать им все подробности, которые Вам известны, поскольку это очень серьёзно и такие действия, как кража собаки и подделка документов, подпадают сразу под две статьи Уголовного кодекса Украины (ст. 185 - Кража и ст. 358 - Подделка документов).
