29.07.2021 22:31:23 Доброго Дня Вам необхідно Зібрати необхідні документи перелік та підстави https://dmsu.gov.ua/poslugi/nabuttya-gromadyanstva-ukrajni/prijnyattya-do-gromadyanstva-ukrajni.html звернутися до територіального підрозділу ДМС України за місцем проживання; подати заяву разом із необхідними документами; отримати довідку про реєстрацію особи громадянином України (що є підставою для оформлення паспорта громадянина України) у територіальному органі або підрозділі ДМС України за місцем проживання. Сплатити Держмито у сумі 0,5 неоподатковуваного мінімуму доходів громадян (8 грн. 50 коп.).

Чтобы получить гражданство Украины, иностранцу необходимо подать заявление, задекларировать отсутствие иностранного гражданства, свободно владеть украинским языком, непрерывно проживать на территории Украины более 5 лет (2 лет, при условии наличия супруга – гражданина Украины), иметь разрешение на иммиграцию и источник денежных средств на существование. Необходимые документы для получения гражданства Украины вместе с заявлением подаются в миграционную службу. Список документов зависит от оснований для получения гражданства. Спасибо.

02.08.2021 21:17:06 Для получения гражданства Украины обратитесь в территориальное подразделение Государственной миграционной службы Украины по месту проживания - с письменным заявлением о принятии в гражданство. К заявлению приложите документы: паспорт гражданина РФ и его перевод на украинский язык, выполненный дипломированным переводчиком и заверенный нотариусом; заявление об обязательстве прекратить гражданство РФ; справку с места проживания, подтверждающую, что последние 5 лет вы проживали на территории Украины; сертификат об уровне владения украинским языком, выданный Национальной комиссией по стандартам государственного языка; справку с места работы, для подтверждения получения законного дохода последние 6 месяцев; 3 фотографии (на документы); квитанцию об оплате административного сбора за выдачу паспорта гражданина Украины. Заявление на получение гражданства рассматривается в течение 1 года с момента обращения.
