Тобто чоловік через додаток Дію призначить (знайомого, друга, тощо) водієм авто та передає їй, йому техпаспорт. Особа проїде на ній кордон і погодить з вами місце зустрічі, ви зустрічаєтесь, забираєте авто ключі техпаспорт і користуйтесь пільговим періодом на авто.
