Якщо службовець вимагає від вас, ви обіцяєте або надаєте щось службовцю за незаконне використання ним свого владного ресурсу – це хабар. Щодо ваших дій то необхідно Зібрати максимум інформації про вимагання та звернутися до поліції.В жодному разі не передавайте гроші на місці події. Продовжуйте розмову і збирайте якомога більше деталей – яка сума та валюта, яким чином передати тощо. Залізним аргументом у притягненні хабарника до відповідальності буде зафіксований через відео чи аудіо факт вимагання.Головне – самому не провокувати службовця до отримання хабара. Адже за такі дії в Україні передбачена кримінальна відповідальність.ч.1 ст. 368-3 ККУ. Підкуп службової особи юридичної особи приватного права незалежно від організаційно-правової форми – карається штрафом від ста 50 до 400 нмдг або громадськими роботами на строк від 100 до 200 годин, або обмеженням волі на строк до 2 р

18.10.2021 08:58:18 Во-первых, студенты не должны бояться жаловаться на преподавателя, который требует деньги за сдачу своего предмета. Во многих случаях именно страх мешает изменить ситуацию. Во-вторых, стоит обратиться в органы власти, правоохранительные органы или общественные организации. Там подробно объяснят, что необходимо сделать. Возможно, при наличии фото-видео-аудио фиксации получения взятки будет возбуждено уголовное дело. Еще один вариант решение проблемы – потребовать от вуза создать специальную комиссию, чтобы сдавать проблемный предмет ей, а не преподавателю-взяточнику. Желаю удачи.
