После призналась что он на неё кричал, привязал к стульчику, чтобы не крутилась. Як притянуть к ответственности врача? Что нам делать?”

23.02.2022 09:43:32 Доброе утро. Вопрос конечно очень сложный. Начните с жалобы на имя директора клиники. Затем идите выше то есть пишите жалобу в УОЗ (Управление охраны здоровья) в Вашем городе. Максимум, что грозит врачу это дисциплинарное наказание, возможно лишение премии. Если ничего не поможет, тогда только суд. Спасибо.

23.02.2022 10:22:03 Відповідно до ЗУ «Про звернення громадян» можна подати письмову скаргу в порядку підлеглості вищому органу або посадовій особі. Тобто, у випадку з недобросовісним стоматологом скаргу необхідно адресувати головному лікареві. Відповідно до ст. 20 ЗУ «Про звернення громадян», термін розгляду скарги не може перевищувати одного місяця з дня подачі. У виняткових випадках цей термін може бути продовжений максимум до 45 днів. Усна скарга, з якою ви можете зателефонувати на «гарячі» лінії: – Кабінету міністрів України 1545; міністерства охорони здоров’я 0 800 505 201; місцевих органів влади або місцевого самоврядування. Ваша дитин не лише пацієнт, а й споживач, а споживачів, як відомо, захищає Закон «Про захист прав споживачів». Наявність правових відносин, прав та обов’язків підтверджує відповідний договір. Договір між споживачем і виконавцем (продавцем) може бути не тільки письмовий, але і усний. Вчинення усного правочину оформляється квитанцією, товарним чи касовим чеком, тощо
