16.07.2021 17:12:14 Добрый день. Вы должны обратиться с заявлением в Полицию. Желательно иметь при себе доказательства, например запись на диктофон слов шантажиста или показания свидетелей. Так будет проще привлечь его к ответственности. Спасибо.

17.07.2021 10:11:46 Доброго Дня Поширення інтимних фотографій без дозволу власника є злочином ст 189 ККУ (вимагання), кривдник не в праві поширювати інформацію, яку потерпілий чи його близькі родичі бажають зберегти в таємниці. Якщо людина буде в тому числі погрожувати вбивством чи заподіянням тяжких тілесних ушкоджень – їй загрожує ув’язнення від трьох до семи років. А надсилання інтимних фото людям без їхньої згоди вважається сексуальним насильством, кщо вас шантажують, одразу робити скріншоти усіх переписок. Далі – дзвонити в кіберполіцію 0 800 50 51 70 або на 102.

18.07.2021 09:58:17 Добрый день. В данной ситуации необходимо обратиться с заявлением в полицию. Шантаж интимными фото попадает сразу под две статьи — ст. 189 УК Украины «Вымогательство» и ст. 182 УК Украины «Нарушение неприкосновенности частной жизни». Благодарю и желаю Вам удачи.
