Recently, our team was asked a question: “Здравствуйте, я приехала в Польщу 23.02 по безвизу, была там больше чем 90 дней,сейчас вернулась в Украину и через неделю планирую опять поехать в Польщу, можно так?или у меня будут проблемы?”

19.07.2022 00:58:15 Саме протягом 90 днів упродовж 180-денного проміжку часу, за загальними правилами безвізу, українцям було дозволено перебувати у країнах Шенгенської зони . Посольство України у Польщі отримало таке роз'яснення на це питання від польської сторони: "Перебування всіх громадян України, які прибули на законних підставах (тобто перетнули кордон через прикордонні пункти пропуску ) на територію Польщі у зв'язку з воєнними діями в Україні та задекларували намір залишитися в Польщі, вважається легальним протягом 18 місяців, починаючи від дня 24 лютого 2022 року". Тобто, якщо ви законно перетнули кордон, починаючи з 24 лютого, і заявили про те, що тікаєте від війни, ви можете перебувати у Польщі протягом 18 місяців. Якщо ви в'їхали до Польщі раніше, то на вас правило 18 місяців не поширюється. Підтвердженням перетину кордону після 24 лютого є штамп у закордонному паспорті.
