Recently, our team was asked a question: “Я инвалид 3гр пожизненная, как я могу выехать за границу, какие документы справки нужны. С учета после получения инвалидности не снимался. Хотел взять справку для выезда,не дали. Подскажите как быть в этой ситуации.”

12.08.2022 14:51:51 За змістом п. 2-6 Правил категорії осіб, яким дозволяється виїзд за межі України, визначено частиною першою статті 23 Закон України «Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію». У свою чергу, абзацом третім ст. 23 Закону України «Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію» визначено таку категорію, як визнані в установленому порядку особами з інвалідністю. Таким чином, особи з інвалідністю (незалежно від групи) мають право перетинати державний кордон на виїзд з України за наявності одного з таких документів, що підтверджують інвалідність: довідки до акта огляду медико-соціальною експертною комісією (форма № 157-1/о); або посвідчення, яке підтверджує відповідний статус; або пенсійного посвідчення чи посвідчення, що підтверджує призначення соціальної допомоги відповідно до Законів України «Про державну соціальну допомогу особам з інвалідністю з дитинства та дітям з інвалідністю», «Про державну соціальну допомогу особам, які не мають права
