Recently, our team was asked a question: “Мне 24 года, в армии не был не служил, но по состоянию здоровья явно не подойду, есть ряд проблем со здоровьем, но это в военкомате не фиксировалось, а последние года 2 вообще повестки ни одной не видел, что посоветуете делать?”

19.05.2022 09:02:21 Есть исключение с воен.учета по п.3 ч.6 ст.37 ЗУ «Про військовий обов'язок і військову службу» военнообязанных, которые по заключению ВЛК (военно-врачебной комиссии) признаны непригодными к службе и подлежат исключению с воинского учёта, также право на отсрочку от мобилизации по состоянию здоровья по временной непригодности в ч.1 ст.23 «Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію». Проверить подходят ли под «непридатність» Ваши болезни можно поискав по розкладу хвороб по наказу МОУ 14.08.2008 №402 https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z1109-08#top чаще всего болезни статей с буквой «а» и «б». Вам нужен висновок ВЛК (ее приходят по приходу в военкомат), которым Вас признают «непридатним до військової служби» по 1му или 2му из вариантов выше, такого висновка ВЛК должно быть достаточно для выезда согласно актуальным разъяснениям прикорд.службы от 03.05.22 на сайте https://dpsu.gov.ua/ua/Peretinannya-derzhavnogo-kordonu-v-umovah-pravovogo-rezhimu-vonnogo-stanu/

19.05.2022 09:05:39 Доброе утро. За границу Вас не выпустят. Вы должны пройти комиссию в военкомате, если Вас признают непригодным в военное время, только тогда есть шанс выехать. Спасибо.

Перелік винятків для перетину кордону разом з документами https://dpsu.gov.ua/ua/Peretinannya-derzhavnogo-kordonu-v-umovah-pravovogo-rezhimu-vonnogo-stanu/ Щодо того якщо ви впевненні, що у вас є проблеми зі здоров'ям які наддадуть підставу для відстрочки чи визнання непридатним то ознайомтесь з НАКАЗОМ МОУ №402 https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z1109-08#Text. Проте рекомендую подбати про підтвердження своїх діагнозів завчасно, так як є підстави вважати то ВЛК може визнати Вас придатним до військової служби. Вам варто пройти медичний огляд в приватних або державних , комунальних медичних закладах, які підтвердять, що у вас є хвороби, та аналізи, яки є актуальними.

Інших варіантів крім як пройти ВЛК (військово-лікарську комісію) і отримати висновок "непридатний до військової служби" з подальшим зняттям з військового обліку, я не бачу. З таким записом у військовому квитку (його заміннику) можна буде у воєнний час покинути територію Укоаїни.
