Recently, our team was asked a question: “Я гражданский, но получил ранение при боевых действиях, есть ли какая-то компенсация?”

16.12.2022 18:26:32 Наразі немає, законопроєкт, який надасть право на таку компенсацію, зараз знаходиться у ВРУ.
18.12.2022 10:20:44 Якщо людина отримала травму/поранення внаслідок військової агресії (артобстрілу, ракетного бомбардування тощо) та знаходиться в будь-якому державному закладі охорони здоров'я на підконтрольній Україні території, вона матиме можливість отримати всі необхідні документи для оформлення інвалідності за рішенням МСЕК за місцем її фактичного перебування, або ж заочно, у разі неможливості з'явитися на огляд в МСЕК з поважних та підтверджених причин. для встановлення інвалідності через втрату (ампутацію) верхніх та/або нижніх кінцівок (їх частин), вже не потребують повторних оглядів і підтверджень того, що кінцівки немає. Таку інвалідність встановлюють безстроково (стаття 7 ЗУ «Про реабілітацію осіб з інвалідністю в Україні»). Комісія проводить огляд протягом п'яти робочих днів з дня надходження направлення ЛКК та приймає відповідне рішення. У разі заочного проведення медико-соціальної експертизи, комісія проводить експертизу протягом трьох робочих днів з дня надходження направлення ЛКК.
