Порушення ч.3 ст.122 КУпАП. Сума штрафу 680 грн, але є 10 днів пільгового періоду, тоді можна буде сплатити 50% штрафу. Машина на тимчасових червоних номерах, документи всі на мене. У мене вже був один штраф за перевищення швидкості, і зараз в мене тимчасові права (2 роки). Я знаю що за 2 порушення можуть анулювати права. Чи рахується це порушення?”

11.06.2021 09:16:33 Доброго ранку. Кодексом про адміністративні правопорушення передбачено перелік порушень, вчинивши які водій може позбутись посвідчення водія. Це керування авто в несправному стані, перевищення швидкості більш як на 20 км, порушення правим проїзду перехресть, не надання переваги у русі авто швидкої, пожежної, поліції із увімкненими сигнальними пристроями, не виконання вимог поліції про зупинку, порушення ПДР, що спричинило пошкодження авто, керування в стані алкогольного, наркотичного сп'яніння,порушення вимог дорожніх знаків, розмітки доріг, зупинки, стоянки, проїзду пішохідних переходів, ненадання переваги у русі пішоходам, що спричинили аварійну обстановку. За кожне порушення встанеовлюється різний термін вилучення водійського посвідчення. Сплачуйте штраф. Рішення про вилучення у Вас посвідчення, може прийняти лише суд, а не поліція. Якщо Ваші порушення суттєві та спричинили пошкодження, можливо у Вас вилучать права. Будьте обережні. Бажаю успіху.
14.06.2021 18:51:35 Ви ж розумієте, що постанова складена про порушення правил дорожнього руху, тому так, це впливає, хоча допускається 2 порушення протягом 2 років. З приводу того кому прийде - на кого оформлено авто, тому і прийде постанова, адреса наявна в базах даних коли ви оформлювали авто. Наявність на авто тимчасових номерів не звільнить вас від відповідальності, проте, якщо ви вважаєте що постанова незаконна ви маєте право та можливість звернутися до суду за місцем вашої реєстрації із позовною заявою про скасування постанови
