Recently, our team was asked a question: “Нікого не було вдома.На ліч-ку хол.води показало+504куб.за 1 міс.(ліч-к на сходовій площадці)Потопів не було,повірка-справний ліч-к.Борг ОСББ з водоканалом-200000грн.Не комісії,не актів при виявленні вел.к-ті не було. Заг.ліч-к теж показав+504.(Батьки поливали щотижня вазони,все було ок)Замки до щитка виламані.Голова ОСББ-депутат.У поліції всі його знайомі.Як вирішити це питання?Чи є гаряча лінія?(сума за воду=32000)”

15.08.2023 14:18:19 Щоб вирішити це питання, вам слід звернутися до ОСББ з претензією щодо показань лічильника та роз'яснити ситуацію. Вимагайте проведення повторної перевірки лічильників та усунення пошкоджень на щитку. Якщо голова ОСББ є депутатом, можна також звернутися до інших членів ОСББ або до місцевих органів влади, якщо не отримали задоволення в результаті спілкування з ОСББ. Також можете спробувати звернутися до гарячої лінії муніципалітету для отримання консультацій та допомоги у вирішенні цього питання.
