Помер дядько, колишній військовий, була призначена пенсія, але недожив, (помер будучи вже цивільним) і не встиг її отримати. Ні дітей , ні жінки не мав. Чи можуть інші родичі отримати цю нараховану пенсію? Наприклад рідний брат, який прописаний в іншій квартирі? Є ще рідна мати, але вона старенька і в пенсійний фонд іншої області не може приїхати”

25.11.2023 00:20:54 Може отримати мати оскільки вона є спадкоємцем першої черги і якщо вона пенсіонер то вона має обов'язкову частку у спадщині навіть якщо є заповіт в якому вона незгадується тільки потрібно спочатку звернутися до нотаріуса що він видав свідоцтво про спадщину а потім звернутися до пенсійного фонду навідь за місцем проживання свого

25.11.2023 08:46:57 Мати може отримати. Не треба їхати - треба написати правильну заяву, яку можна поштою відправити. Але якщо мова про пенсію отриману за рішенням суду, то тут не все так просто. Тут довгий шлях з її отримання і через суд.

29.11.2023 18:44:07 Доброго дня. Якщо пенсію вже призначили, то перейти на отримання пенсії за встратою годувальника можуть ті особи, які перебували на його утриманні. Потрібні відповідні документи
