Чоловік військово службовець загинув на війні. Перебував у Громадському шлюбі 1рік із Жінкою. Жінка наразі проживає в булинку військовослужбовця. Але в ньому не прописана. Чи Має вона право на Пільги По УБД загиблого громадського чоловіка (військового) ?”

25.10.2023 16:01:14 Згідно з українським законодавством, вдова загиблого військовослужбовця має право на пільги по УБД (універсальний безоплатний догляд). Однак, для отримання цих пільг необхідно мати офіційне визнання статусу вдови та подати заяву до органу соціального захисту населення. У разі браку прописки у будинку загиблого чоловіка, жінка може звернутися до органу місцевого самоврядування (ради) із проханням про прописку. Якщо їй буде надано прописку, то це може сприяти отриманню певних соціальних пільг. Проте, для точної інформації та конкретних порад рекомендую звернутися до соціального центру або служби зайнятості свого міста/району. Вони нададуть повну інформацію щодо прав та покажуть необхідний порядок дій для отримання пільг.
