Recently, our team was asked a question: “Вышла постанова від 29 березня номер 383 в которой сказано было что может выехать за границу инвалид третей группы. Потом вышла после нее постанова от 1 квітня номер 399 в который сказано убрать четвертый абзац из предыдущей ПОСТАНОВЫ(388). Можете уточнить пожалуйста как правильно посчитать там обзацы. Правильно ли я понял что в новой почтанове убирают абзац про инвалидов третей группы? Каким образом я могу выехать за границу?”
