26.01.2024 10:45:24 Я не являюсь юристом, но в общем случае, если ваш отец является опекуном и вывозит вашу маму заграницу на лечение, то вероятно он должен иметь все необходимые документы и разрешения для этого. Если он планирует въехать в Украину без вашей мамы и снова выехать через пару недель, то возможны некоторые ограничения или требования со стороны украинских органов контроля границы. Рекомендую обратиться к компетентному юристу или консультанту по иммиграционным вопросам для получения точной информации о правилах и процедурах въезда и выезда из Украины для опекунов.
