Також можна спробувати звернутися до організацій, які надають підтримку військовослужбовцям, таким як Фонд допомоги ЗСУ або організації ветеранів. Якщо банк не готовий допомогти, можна звернутися до адвоката або правозахисної організації за консультацією та правовою допомогою. Важливо не залишати це питання без уваги і шукати розв'язок, щоб уникнути подальших проблем з кредиторами.

25.07.2024 10:58:48 Для початку слід точно встановити підстави для блокування картки. Обмеження за Вашою карткою можуть встановлюватись у зв'язку з проведенням перевірок фінансового моніторингу. Також слід перевірити чи відкрито виконавче провадження щодо примусового стягнення коштів, внаслідок простроченого грошового зобов'язання та наявність рішення суду чи відкриття судового провадження. Також подати до банку кредитора заяву про припинення нарахування відсотків, штрафів та пені, та перерахунку суми загальної заборгованості з дати призову на військову службу. До заяви слід долучити довідку ф.5, видану за місцем проходження військової служби. Для отримання даної довідки слід звернутися до стройової частини відділення персоналу військової частини та написати рапорт про видачу довідки відповідної форми. Для вирішення питання щодо можливості зняття обмежень за картковими рахунками та встановлення підстав для їх застосування слід звернутися до менеджера та скористатися послугою правового аналізу ситуації.
