10.04.2022 12:32:35 Зверніться на гарячу лінію Альфа банку для врегулювання заборгованості, або дочекайтесь закінчення військового періоду та сплатіть заборгованість через іншу установу, дочекайтесь примусового стягнення заборгованості та виконавчого провадження, або мониторите продажу вашого боргу (факторигу) та викупіть його на аукціоні за зниженою ціною. Проте до розпорядження НБУ та КМУ не рекомендую підписувати з банком ніяких додаткових угод, відступлене, переводу боргу тощо.
12.04.2022 09:16:19 Доброго дня. Міністерство фінансів США визначило український Альфа-Банк окремою юридичною особою, яка не підпадає під санкції. Окрему заяву зробив і Національний банк України: «Санкції, застосовані до власників АТ «Альфа-Банк» (Україна), а також міжнародні санкції щодо банків росії не накладають додаткових обмежень на роботу АТ «Альфа-Банк» (Україна) в Україні». Тому кредит необхідно сплачувати.
16.04.2022 16:50:07 Альфа Банк потратив під санкції які ввела наша Держава, а відтак сплачувати кредит, відсотки не потрібно. Крім того Альфа Банк з01.03.22 запустив для всіх своїх клієнтів, які мають кредити , кредитні канікули.
