Recently, our team was asked a question: “Я вагітна, підходить термін оформлення лікарняного для оформлення декретної відпустки. Я знаходжусь закордоном, через ситуацію в країні. В Україні в мене є офіційне місце роботи, працюю дистанційно. Жіноча консультація при пологовому будинку, де я стою не обліку, відмовляється видавати лікарняний дистанційно. Повідомляють, що еЛікарняні "недоступні" на час воєнного часу (що дивно), а моєму чоловікові видавати відмовляються. Кажуть, що тільки особисто. Що мені робити? Повернутися я не можу.”

05.04.2022 22:16:04 Пропоную повторно звернутися до лікаря у якої ви знаходитесь на обліку, та ще раз попросити Е-лікарняний так як вона вас обстежувала та ФСС приймає та робить виплати по Е- лікарняних також спробувати їй запропонувати варіант, що ви обстежитесь у спеціаліста на місці, а спеціаліст їй надішле дані їй, або просто погодити онлайн огляд тощо. Інший варіант попросити вашу лікарку надіслати ваші дані для лікарів до населеного пункту в Україні найближчого вам до кордону і там стати на облік у лікаря акушера та відповідно отримати лікарняний.
