Recently, our team was asked a question: “Маю авто яке зараз в лізінгу в приватбанку. За правилами банку, після виплати кредиту переоформити авто я маю право лише на себе. Мої рахунки заблоковані за написом виконавця. Якщо я виплачу авто, та переоформлю його на себе, чи розповсюдиться арешт на моє авто?
Я планую його переоформити на себе, та продати в той самий, чи на наступний день.”
