Recently, our team was asked a question: “Якщо у мене офіційне ПМЖ в Україні. До 24 лютого 2022 року я знаходився в Україні. В мене зареєстрований шлюб з громадянкою України (реєстрація 1992 року). При спробі перетнути кордон з Польщею у вигляді біженця мені було відказано на території Польщі. Примусово відправили в Україну і поставили штамп про відказ перетину кордону. Як діяти?”
