Так, сім'я вважається багатодітною, однак в ст. 23 Закону України "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію чітко зазначено, що причиною для відстрочки є те, що у чоловіка на утриманні знаходиться 3 неповнолітні дитини) Таким чином, оскільки одній дитині уже виповнилось 18 років, підстави для відстрочки немає.
