20.01.2023 12:07:23 Законом визначена підстава утримання 3 і більше дітей до 18 років. Підстави для мобілізації зазначені в ст 13 ЗУ Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію й визначає: Не підлягають призову на військову службу під час мобілізації військовозобов’язані: жінки та чоловіки, на утриманні яких перебувають троє і більше дітей віком до 18 років; {Абзац четвертий частини першої статті 23 із змінами, внесеними згідно із Законом № 1614-VII від 25.07.2014; в редакції Законів № 2226-VIII від 06.12.2017, № 2122-IX від 15.03.2022} Доказами утримання дитини є судове рішення, сплата аліментів, відсутність заборгованості щодо сплати аліментів тощо.
20.01.2023 23:40:07 Вітаю. Якщо Ви приймаєте участь в утриманні цієї дитини, в основному у фінансовому еквіваленті, матимете право на відстрочку. Якщо нічого цього не має, Вас можуть призвати. Успіхів.
