13.02.2023 16:15:23 Доброго дня. Давайте спробуємо нехай напише рапорт на проходження ВЛК. ТЕ, що його відправили без ВЛК, вже є порушення. Якщо не допоже спробуйте оскаржити до суду. Дякую.
13.02.2023 16:44:58 Доброго дня! Мобілізувати особу можуть лише після військово-лікарської комісії (ВЛК), якщо визнають придатним або обмежено придатним у даний воєнний час. В такій ситуації вам слід подавати скаргу до Міноборони, оперативного командування, ТЦК та СП через те що особу мобілізували без ВЛК. Якщо все-таки був висновок ВЛК, то потрібно оскаржувати висновок ВЛК до Центральної ВЛК.
13.02.2023 17:07:15 Можна оскаржити до суду наказ про мобілізацію, оскільки порушено процедуру мобілізації. Проходження ВЛК чи ненайголовніша стадія мобілізації, адже тільки так можна визначити придатність до військової служби. Гіпертонія - це стаття 39 Наказу № 402. ІІІ стадія - непридатний, ІІ стадія - обмежено придатний, І стадія - у військовий час придатний. Тільки потрібно розуміти, що суд - це досить довго.
