Однак, це не означає, що поліцейські можуть безпідставно зупиняти машину та видавати повістку. Якщо ви вважаєте, що вас зупинено без належних підстав, можна застосувати наступні рекомендації: 1. Залишайтеся спокійним і надайте всю необхідну документацію: посвідчення водія, страховий поліс та реєстраційну картку автомобіля. Не показуйте ознак неповаги або агресивності. 2. Запитайте причину зупинки свого автомобіля. Якщо полегшуються правопорядок чи безпека громадян, то блокпост може мати законне право провести перевірку. 3. Запам'ятайте номер службового автомобіля та/або ім'я поліцейського, що зупинив вас. Це може бути корисною інформацією, якщо потрібно буде подати скаргу. 4. Якщо ви впевнені, що вас зупинено без підстави, можете наголосити на своїх правах та запитати професійного адвоката або представника правозахисної організації. 5. Подайте скаргу до відповідних органів правопорядку або омбудсмену, якщо вважаєте, що ваші права були порушені. Важливо пам'ятати, що конкретні закони та процедури можуть розрізнятися залежно від країни та регламентуючих органів. Рекомендації дані у загальному контексті і не можуть бути застосовані всюди.
