Recently, our team was asked a question: “Добрый день. Мужу 57 лет. в 2006 году исключен из военского учета за достижением предельного возраста состояния в запасе. Может ли он по такой формулировке в военном билете выехать заграницу?”

18.09.2022 22:34:48 За змістом п. 2-6 Правил перетину кордону (постанова КМУ від 27.01.1995 № 57) категорії осіб, яким дозволяється виїзд за межі України, визначено частиною першою ст 23 ЗУ «Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію», а саме щодо особи, яка знята з військового обліку на підставі рішення ВЛК про непридатність до військової служби із виключенням з військового обліку. Чоловіки, які мають документи з ТЦКтаСП з відміткою «знятий з військового обліку» – дана відмітка не підтверджує ані інвалідність, ані непридатність до військової служби у воєнний час за станом здоров’я, у зв'язку з чим на кордоні не пропустять. А тому рекомендую звернутися до ТЦКтаСП. Остаточне рішення буде прийматися в пункті пропуску представниками Державної прикордонної служби України.
