Согласно Постановлению КМУ №218 ликвидирована Государственная архитектурно-строительная инспекция и создан центральный орган исполнительной власти - Государственная сервисная служба градостроительства Украины Постановлением КМУ №219 создано два центральных органов исполнительной власти: Государственная инспекция градостроительства Украины и Государственное агентство по техническому регулированию в градостроительстве Украины Также указанным Постановлением КМУ был отменён порядок лицензирования в сфере архитектуры и строительства Постановлением КМУ №219 также внесены изменения в Положение о Министерстве развития общин и территорий Украины, согласно которому теперь Минрегион принимает решение о приостановлении, возобновлении действия и аннулирования лицензий Из этого выходит, что с 18.03.2020 года выдача новых лицензий в сфере архитектуры и строительства стала невозможной Вместо лицензирования правительство вводит сертификацию ответственного исполнителя работ Спасибо!

20.05.2021 18:28:58 Відповідно до статті 26 прим.1 Закону України «Про регулювання містобудівної діяльності» документи на отримання дозвільних документів для об’єктів, що належать до класу відповідальності СС2/СС3, приймаються виключно в електронній формі. Можете за допомогою порталу «дія», можете через єдиний портал адміністративних послуг. Вартість в такому разі - безкоштовно. Строк виконання орієнтовно 10 днів. Перевірити реєстрацію дозволу можна за допомогою Порталу Єдиної державної електронної системи у сфері будівництва.
