Скажите пожалуйста у нас с бывшим мужем трое детей. Дочке в июне будет 20 лет. Двум сыновьям 8-10 лет, так как дочка учится на стационаре нам продлили удостоверение многодетных до июля 2022. Может ли он покинуть Украину и выехать в Европу. И ещё вопрос он проживает на окупированной территории и выехать может только через Крым. Имеет ли он на это право ему 43 года в армии не служил.”

03.04.2022 19:22:13 Ні виїхати за кордон він не може. Обов'язкова умова - на утриманні яких перебувають троє і більше дітей віком до 18 років. Якщо він добереться до Криму то він зможе потрапити або на територію РФ або полетіти до Турції або іншим морским шляхом добратися до Турції або Грузії, якщо йому це зробить з українським паспортом, хоча є сумніви. Якщо він якось попаде до зазначених країн то просити Тимчасового захисту в ЕС він буде індивідуально та йому в ньому можуть відмовити. А у випадку незаконного перетину кордону ні статусу Тимчасового захисту, ні візи, ні інших соціальних гарантій він мати не буде.
