Тому варто ознайомитись з переліком обмежень для перетину кордону https://dpsu.gov.ua/ua/Peretinannya-derzhavnogo-kordonu-v-umovah-pravovogo-rezhimu-vonnogo-stanu/ Громадяни України чоловічої статі віком від 18 до 60 років можуть виїхати за кордон: Визнані встановленим порядком непридатними до військової служби за станом здоров’я з виключенням з військового обліку (тимчасове посвідчення військовозобов’язаного або військовий квиток з відміткою, витяг з наказу про звільнення з військової служби та виключення зі списків особового складу);
13.07.2022 17:02:52 Чтобы выехать из Украины в Грузию во время военного положения — нужно получить отсрочку от мобилизации. Список оснований для получения отсрочки расписан в статье 23 Закона Украины "О мобилизационной подготовке и мобилизации". Смерть родителя, согласно Закону, не является основанием для получения отсрочки от мобилизации. В данное время вам не дадут выехать из страны для присутствия на похоронах.
