Recently, our team was asked a question: “Зараз вчуся в університеті імені Івана Франка на бюджеті на третьому курсі, квот ніяких немає, суто по балах Зно. Але хочу зараз поступити в коледж на суміжну спеціальність. Скажіть, чи можна буде одночасно і в університеті і в коледжі бути на бюджеті? Бо десь читав, що якщо різні ступені навчання, то можна на бюджеті бути. А коледж, це ж не університет”

21.06.2023 20:54:06 Так, можна одночасно навчатися в університеті і коледжі на бюджетних місцях, якщо спеціальності не перетинаються. Наприклад, якщо ви навчаєтесь на третьому курсі університету на спеціальності "Менеджмент", то можете поступити до коледжу на спеціальність "Бухгалтерський облік" або "Маркетинг". Але якщо спеціальності перетинаються (наприклад, "Право" в університеті та "Юриспруденція" в коледжу), то одночасне навчання на бюджетних місцях буде неможливим.
22.06.2023 12:25:07 Згідно п. 16 ч. 1 ст. 62 ЗУ «Про вищу освіту», особи, які навчаються у вищих навчальних закладах, мають право на навчання одночасно за кількома освітніми програмами, а також в декількох вищих навчальних закладах, за умови отримання тільки однієї вищої освіти по кожному ступеню за кошти державного (місцевого) бюджету. Закон України «Про вищу освіту» визначає, що коледж — заклад вищої освіти, що провадить інноваційну освітню діяльність, пов'язану із здобуттям ступеня молодшого спеціаліста проводить прикладні наукові дослідження та/або творчу мистецьку діяльність.
