Recently, our team was asked a question: “Придбав авто у 2021 року. Офіційне офрмлення в сервісному центрі, проходження експертизи - все добре. Отримав тех.паспорт, номера. Зараз намагаюсь продати авто, сервсіний центр каже авто в розшуку Гарпун, на минулого власника з 2019 року. Що можливо зробити в данному випадку?”

Вони зможуть перевірити інформацію про авто, його статус у базі даних Гарпун та встановити, чи є проблеми з легальністю автомобіля. Також можна спробувати зв'язатися з попереднім власником транспортного засобу або його представником для отримання більш детальної інформації про ситуацію.
18.08.2023 21:30:48 Зняти транспортний засіб з арешту можливо при наявності постанови з відповідного органу про зняття з арешту транспортного засобу. Для цього необхідно звернутися із заявою до регіонального сервісного центру МВС. Термін розгляду заяви та зняття транспортного засобу з арешту – від 10 до 30 діб. Також для зняття арешту громадянин має змогу із постановою районного відділу державної виконавчої служби звернутись до сервісного центру МВС, який керує відповідний район міста.
