Не пришли выплаты ВПО что делать?

Recently, our team was asked a question: “Не пришли за два месяца (март и апрель) выплаты ВПО. На жену и ребенка. Уже вернулись обратно в Киев. Что делать?”

05.05.2022 07:12:37 Із травня умови виплат переселенцям будуть інакші, оскільки набула чинності постанова Кабміну №457 від 16 квітня 2022 року. У лютому і на початку березня спостерігалось масове переміщення людей. Нині деокупована частина північних регіонів України потроху відновлюється і люди повертаються додому, відтак передбачалося, що за березень і квітень всі внутрішньо переміщені особи отримають виплати від держави. Із травня буде визначено конкретний перелік територіальних громад, де тривають активні бойові дії і людям небезпечно повертатися до своїх місць проживання. Громадянам, які перемістилися із цих населених пунктів, будуть продовжені виплати. Буде визначено не перелік населених пунктів, а саме перелік громад, переліку відбуватиметься у Міністерстві оборони України з урахуванням даних Генерального штабу чи інших військових підрозділів, що уточнить відомості. Тобто для виплатнеобхідно в Дії подати відповідну інформацію також онлайн для уточнення інформації про фактичне місце свого проживання.

05.05.2022 19:25:32 Раджу звернутися на пряму безкоштовну телефонну лінію КМУ за номером – 1545. Зясуйте, можливо Вам відмовлено в виплаті. Також відзначу, що Ви можете працевлаштуватися це жодним чином не має відношення до отримання грошової виплати як ВПО. Адже ці кошти призначені для покриття витрат на проживання, зокрема, на оплату житлово-комунальних послуг людям, які через бойові дії були вимушені залишити свої домівки.

06.05.2022 19:37:14 В марте и апреле 2022 года денежная помощь выплачивалась всем без исключения ВПО, как это предусматривало постановление Кабинета Министров Украины от 20.03.2022 №332. С мая 2022 условия выплаты денежной помощи изменились: теперь получить выплаты могут только ВПО, выехавшие из населенных пунктов и территорий, на которых ведутся боевые действия или которые захвачены (окружены) врагом. Киев не относится к городам и территориям этой категории; начиная с 1-го мая 2022 ВПО, приехавшие из Киева, больше не получат выплат. Но за март и апрель должны были получить. Свяжитесь с управлением социальной защиты, где оформляли выплаты, и уточните причину неполучения денег за эти два месяца.
