14.04.2023 11:53:43 Усі військовослужбовці мають право надсилати заяви чи скарги або особисто звертатися до посадових осіб, органів військового управління, органів управління Служби правопорядку, органів, які проводять досудове слідство, та інших державних органів у разі прийняття незаконних рішень, дій (бездіяльності) стосовно них командирами (начальниками) або іншими військовослужбовцями, порушення їх прав, законних інтересів та свобод.
14.04.2023 19:40:05 Вам, як мінімум, повинні дати витяг з наказу про Ваше зарахування до списків в/ч. Тому якщо відмовляють, можна спробувати оскаржити відмову через Міністерство оборони України, або звернутись до адвоката, який підготує та подасть адвокатський запит на витребування документів.
