Якщо в будівлі два власники, один з яких громадянин Росії, на продаж цієї будівлі можуть бути застосовані закони та правила країни, де розташована будівля. У багатьох країнах для продажу нерухомості потрібно мати певну документацію та проходити певну процедуру. Зазвичай для продажу нерухомості потребуються такі документи: 1. Документ про право власності на будівлю (наприклад, свидетельство про право власності). 2. Паспорт громадянина Росії (або інший документ, що посвідчує особистий статус). 3. Договор купівлі-продажу або інший документ, який регулює умови продажу. Також може знадобитись довіреность або повноваження в разі, якщо один з власників не може бути присутнім під час продажу. Довіреність повинна бути оформлена відповідно до правил та законодавства країни, де розташована будівля. Оскільки процедури та вимоги можуть варіюватись залежно від країни, рекомендую звернутися до юриста або нерухомості спеціаліста, який має досвід у цих питаннях і може надати конкретну пораду для вашої ситуації.
