30.03.2023 18:58:28 по-перше, винесенню стягнення (дисциплінарного) повинно передувати службове розслідування. В ході службового розслідування необхідно буде максимально надати докази, які спростовують невиконання наказу командира. В разі, якщо результати службового розслідування вас не задовольнять, то необхідно звернутись до відповідного окружного суду з позовом про визнання протиправним та скасування наказу, зобовїязання вчинити певні дії.
