26.01.2023 15:38:23 Доброго дня! Такі дії військових не законні. Раджу звертатися в поліцію із заявою про злочин, а саме незаконне позбавлення волі. Якщо ви не проходили ВЛК, то раджу не з'являтися у військомат по повістці. Якщо буде складено постанову, то її можна оскаржити у суді, багато випадків успішних. Якщо ж ви пройшли ВЛК, то не явка по повістці загрожує вам кримінальною відповідальністю
26.01.2023 22:34:30 Вітаю. Так, це незаконні дії. Але постафактум вже зробити щось буде складно, потрібно було одразу телефонувати на гарячі лінії ДБР та Уповноваженого ВР з прав людини. Хоча Ви можете це зробити і зараз, але наскільки допоможе сказати складно. Щодо Вашого основного питання, то без деталей тут не розібратись. Я б радив із аналізу підстав для відстрочки, можливо Вам щось підійде.
