Вітаю, відповідно до ст. 14 ЗУ "Про захист персональних даних", Ваші персональні дані могли поширити тільки з Вашого дозвозу, або якщо Ви загрожуєте Нац. Безпеці. Передивіться уважно Ваші умови співпраці із зазначеним ресурсом, якщо Ви дійсно не надавали згоду на пошириння Ваших перс. даних, то зазначений ресурс може бути притягнений до адмін. відповідальності згідно ст. 188.39 КУпАП. Окрім цього Ви маєте право на звернення до суду.

Если при регистрации, пользовании или в юридической информации этого сайта нету согласия на распространение Ваших персональных данных, то пишите заявление о админ правонарушении по ст. 188-39 КУпАП в Государственную службу Украины по вопросам защиты персональных данных (адрес и тел есть в интернете). Они составят протокол и передадут в суд. Вас могу пригласить как потерпевшую сторону, если будете на этом настаивать.

Доброго дня! Для початку можна звернутись безпосередньо до адміністрації онлайн сервісу зі скаргою. Якщо результат буде незадовільним, то можна звернутись до суду з позовом або з заявою в поліцію, залежно від того, які саме дані було розголошено.
