24.09.2022 10:00:37 Проект Закону про внесення змін до Податкового кодексу України та Митного кодексу України щодо звільнення від оподаткування податком на додану вартість та митом операцій з постачання автомобілів, що використовуються в оборонних цілях Номер 7554 від 12.07.2022 - відкликано, Проект Закону про внесення зміни до розділу XXI "Прикінцеві та перехідні положення" Митного кодексу України щодо оподаткування операцій з ввезення транспортних засобів учасниками бойових дій та іншими категоріями осіб Номер 7498 від 28.06.2022 - Надано для ознайомлення, проте на підписах чи голосуванні ВР не перебуває Тобто поки не прийнято зазначені зміни.

24.09.2022 10:07:55 У Верховній Раді з’явилося два законопроєкти (вони йдуть у парі), №7498 та 7499, які можуть «нульове розмитнення» повернути на деякий час, для окремих категорій громадян. Перша категорія - учасники бойових дій, які залучалися та брали безпосередню участь у здійсненні заходів із забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони, відсічі і стримування збройної агресії російської федерації, з моменту початку дії воєнного стану (24.02.2022). При вивченні карток законопроектов дані документи перебувають на вивчені в комітетах. То ж закон такий на сьогодні не прийнято

24.09.2022 20:58:21 Станом на вересень 2022 є два проекти Закону, які передбачають повернення нульового розмитнення автомобілів для військовослужбовців Збройних сил України: № 7498 від 28.06.2022 та № 7499 від 28.06.2022. Ці проекти Законів наразі розглядаються Верховною радою України, та поки що не прийняті. Про дату прийняття законів, та який з двох законів буде прийнятий, не повідомляється. Тому наразі військовослужбовці не можуть скористатись нульовим розмитненням автомобіля, тому що пільговий строк на нульове розмитнення закінчився.

26.09.2022 08:57:18 Доброго ранку. Два законопроєкти №7498 та 7499, які можуть «нульове розмитнення» повернути на деякий час, для окремих категорій громадян ще знаходяться на ознайомленні у Верховній раді, вони не підписані. Дякую.
