18.01.2023 15:51:47 одноразова грошова допомога згідно із ст. 16 ЗУ «Про соціальний і правовий захист військовослужбовців та їх сімей» якщо травми під групу інвалідності не підходять, вам повинні призначити одноразову виплату у разі часткової втрати працездатності без установлення інвалідності одноразова грошова допомога виплачується залежно від ступеня втрати працездатності, який установлюється медико-соціальною експертною комісією, у розмірі, що визначається у відсотках (це передбачено постановою КМ України від 25 грудня 2013 р. № 975) якщо вам було встановлено інвалідність розмір буде іншим. щоб вам виплатили за поранення вам необхідно звернутися із заявою до якої зібрати пакет документів звертатися необхідно до уповноваженого органу, передбаченого п. 10 постановою КМ України від 25 грудня 2013 р. № 975 загалом обраховується від прожиткового мінімуму, встановленого законом для працездатних осіб на 1 січня календарного року в якому встановлено інвалідність/втрата працездатності
