Recently, our team was asked a question: “Какую дату необходимо указать на заявление в опекунский совет на назначения меня опекуном , если документы собраны в основном в ноябре ,октябре. Работники сказали поставить аж декабрь , потому как всякий раз добавляли новые документы, которые необходимо подать,не дали всего списка сразу
Скажите пожалуйста какую верно указать дату ,первого моего обращения или уже по результату собраны всех документов ?
+ вконце октября писала заявление на назначения моей семьи в которой ребёнок будет прож на вр”

14.06.2022 17:04:52 Опіка, піклування встановлюється над дітьми-сиротами і дітьми, позбавленими батьківського піклування, і є однією з сімейних форм влаштування таких дітей. Опіка встановлюється над дитиною, яка не досягла чотирнадцяти років, піклування– над дитиною у віці від чотирнадцяти до вісімнадцяти років. Опіка, піклування над дитиною встановлюється органом опіки та піклування, а також судом у випадках, передбачених частинами 3, 4 статті 60 ЦК. Опіка, піклування над дітьми встановлюється до повноліття дитини (якщо батьки померли, покинули дитину, не можуть піклуватись про дитину за станом здоров’я тощо) або на визначений термін (батьки відбувають покарання за скоєння злочину, перебувають під слідством тощо). Порядок організації опіки і піклування в Україні визначається: Конституцією(ст.51, 52);СК (ст.243 – ст.251); ЦК (ст.55 – ст.79). Порядок вписування дат документів про опікунство законодавством не визначений тому рекомендую керуватись допомогою працівників компетентних органів.

14.06.2022 19:13:05 Ставьте дату по результату собранных всех документов, иначе получится, что более ранней датой подписанное заявление не содержит всех нужных приложений. Если из содержания заявления будет следовать, что все приложения собраны вне зависимости от даты его подписания, то подписывайте октябрем, но вдруг какой-то документ был датирован после октября-ноября, тогда этот вариант не годится, так как к заявлению, подписанное ранней датой, будет приложен документ от более поздней даты, несоответствие. Важно, чтобы Вам не отказали формально потому, что на дату подписания заявления не было какого-то нужного приложения для рассмотрения Вашего вопроса
