28.04.2023 12:46:28 Транспортні засоби, які належать неповнолітнім, реєструються за ними за умови досягнення неповнолітніми 14-річного віку (крім випадків успадкування за законом) за нотаріально засвідченою згодою батьків (усиновлювачів) або піклувальника. В обліковій картці та книзі обліку таких транспортних засобів також зазначається прізвище, ім'я та по батькові батьків (усиновлювачів) неповнолітнього або його піклувальника і ставиться відмітка про заборону перереєстрації з метою відчуження та зняття з обліку транспортних засобів без їх дозволу та дозволу органу опіки та піклування.
28.04.2023 12:47:36 Доброго дня! Для оформлення машини на неповнолітнього потрібно надати в сервісний центр МВС (СЦ МВС) такі документи: 1. Паспорт дитини (якщо є) і батьків (піклувальників); 2. Ідентифікаційні коди дитини та батьків (піклувальників); 3. Технічний паспорт автомобіля (або відповідні документи з автосалону) або договір купівлі-продажу; 4. Нотаріально завірена згода батьків на реєстрацію автомобіля на їх дитину. Згоду від батьків можливо отримати у того ж нотаріусу, що буде укладати договір купівлі-продажу для економії часу.
