Добрий день. Опіку оформити не можете, бо особа не визнана недієздатною. Але можете оформити догляд. Для цього потрібно щоб ЛКК вказало, що потребує постійний догляд. Обов'язково щоб було засновано саме постійний догляд!

З описаними проблемами після інсульту (розлади мовлення та деменція), людина може бути визнана інвалідом 2 групи. Опекунство над такою людиною може бути надане для допомоги їй у повсякденних потребах, медичних процедурах, комунікації та забезпечення безпеки.
