13.12.2023 19:19:37 ТЦК (тимчасовий посвідчення про реєстрацію шлюбу) - це документ, який видано у випадку, коли один з подружжя є громадянином іншої країни, або коли на момент реєстрації шлюбу відсутній паспорт громадянина України. Згідно з Положенням про порядок реєстрації актів цивільного стану, затвердженим постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.08.2017 № 641, для реєстрації шлюбу потребуються такі документи: 1. Заява особи (особ) про реєстрацію шлюбу. 2. Паспорти обох осіб. 3. Довідка про стан справ у справах шлюбу (форма № 4). 4. Довідка про несудимості обох особ. 5. Церковне свідоцтво для особ, яким бажають одружитися за канонами свого конфесійного взяття. Таким чином, ТЦК не є обов'язковим документом для реєстрації шлюбу в Україні. Однак, у разі відсутності паспорта громадянина України або коли один з подружжя є іноземцем, може бути видано ТЦК як тимчасовий документ для здійснення реєстрації шлюбу.
