Recently, our team was asked a question: “Скажите пожалуйста может ли военнослужащий которого бросили его командиры в окупацыи,абсолютно без средств к существованию и возможности покинуть окупированую территорию,и когда звонишь командир говорит что Вас вывели поза штат и ему некогда с вами разбираться и помогать Вам. С одним ответом (выживай как хочешь у него не было другого выбора как убежать оставив людей).
Есть ли право у такого военного не возвращаться в эту воинскую часть?
