Вітаю, питання постановки на військовий облік дистанційно або за допомогою представника вирішити не можливо, необхідна Ваша присутність. Для того, щоб при зупинці ТЦК на вулиці Вам не вручили повістку або ж не доставили до ТЦК прямо з вулиці - Ви можете записати заяву про прохання поставити Вас на військовий облік, додати до неї свій паспорт та код, військово-обліковий документ та відправити Укрпоштою цінним листом з описом вкладення з паперовим повідомлення про вручення і очікувати відповіді, але скоріш за все Вам запропонують з'явитися, але варто спробувати з відправки заяви.
