Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня. Хочу оновити дані в ТЦК, але в мене хвороба розсіяний склероз і я не можу стояти більше 20 хвилин, а там черги, наскільки я бачив. Також по можливості зробити тимчасовий документ для перетину кордону хоча б на пару тижнів для лікування, оскільки у нас в країні тільки роблять підтримку від загострення. Наскільки можливо попасти туди без черги? Просто так мене не пропустять, оскільки візуально ніхто не зрозуміє що маю хворобу.”

Можливо, вони зможуть надати вам додатковий сервіс або допомогти уникнути черг. Також, щодо отримання тимчасового документа для перетину кордону, вам слід звернутися до відповідних органів і подати запит на це. Якщо у вас є медична документація чи лист від лікаря, який підтверджує ваш стан здоров'я, то це може сприяти швидшому отриманню необхідних послуг та документації. 29.04.2024 16:17:28 Для того, щоб спробувати потрапити до ТЦК без черги я рекомендую завчасно подзвонити їм та домовитися про час прийому або написати їм листа в якому обгрунтувати чому ви не можете стояти у черзі та попросити призначити для вас час прийому. Після цього зявитися в ТЦК в призначені дату та час.

29.04.2024 18:58:17 Доброго дня! Вам потрібно попередньо зв'язатись з ТЦК і сказати про свою проблему! Може бути таке, що Вас просто запишуть на конкретну годину і Ви потрапите на прийом без черги

30.04.2024 09:04:26 У кожного РТЦК та СП є свої контактні дані - номери телефону, сайт, електронна пошта. Зателефонувати, написати про узгодження візиту та прийому у визначений час з поясненням причини.
