Згідно пункту 3.10 глави 3 розділу II У воєнний час та під час мобілізації, на особливий період відстрочка від призову за станом здоров'я надається військовозобов'язаному на строк до 2 місяців. За медичними показаннями продовжується на строк до 2 місяців. Втретє продовження надається на такий самий строк. Після закінчення відстрочки військовозобов'язані оглядаються для вирішення питання про придатність до військової служби. Ви матимете право на отримання відстрочки від військової служби загальним терміном не більше 6 місяців.
15.06.2023 16:55:16 Рішення щодо придатності до військової служби приймає ВЛК згідно Положення про військово-лікарську експертизу в Збройних Силах України. Розклад хвороб, станів та фізичних вад, що визначають ступінь придатності до військової служби визначений в Додатку до зазначеного положення. Вам необхідно подати рапорт про необхідність проходження ВЛК на ім'я начальника військової частини де Ви проходите військову службу.
